Configuration: 1.SJ-150 single screw exhaust extruder screw diameter: 150mm L/D=18:1 Screw rotating speed range: 120rpm Single screw motor use AC motor, power is 75KW, speed control system is British WITTEN inverter. 2.SJ-125 single screw exhaust extruder screw diameter:125mm L/D=9:1 Screw rotating speed range: 30-90rpm Single screw motor use AC motor, power is 45KW, speed control system is British WITTEN inverter. 3.water cooling strand die head and auxiliary system: (1)water cooling strands cold cutting die head, holes number of mouth article mode is 17-Φ4 1unit (2)4m stainless steel water tank (3)drying machine 1.5KW (4)300 type pelletizer 4.Electrical control system 1)3X380V,AC 50Hz 2)The contact device are Zhengtai Products. 3)Feeding machine speed control device use British Witten inverter. 4)Japan RKC brand intelligent temperature control instrument. 5)Pressure gauge range is 0 ~ 50 Mpa 6)Heating is controlled by the temperature control meter via a solid-state relay, using high- temperatures resistance wire. 7)The electric control cabinet controls: temperature control system, driving system and interlock control system.
