PVC cable compounds granulator   Introduction: The first rank of PVC granules units is high-speed samedirection twin screw extruder and the second  rank is single,screw extruder, which constitute double rank type composite units.   Configuration:  1. Measuring feeding machine  2. Twin screw host  3. Single screw host  4. Aircooling die surface hot cutting drive head  5. Cyclone separator  6. Air cooling extended vibrating screen  7. Bunker   Application: PVC cable material, sole material, transparent bottle material, medical material, low smoke zero halogen or halogen free flame retardant cable material, EVA shielding material, PE/EVA carbon black mother material and all kinds of crosslinking cable materials so on, radiation crosslinking cable materials   Processing technology:   1) bring PVC material into high mixing machine for compounding and refining, and then bring the powder material into parallel twin screw extruder with spiral feeder.   2) Parallel twin screw extruder finish mixing uniformity, then plasticizing and fully dispersing under the temperature of 140-160 Celsius degree, the final extrusive compounding material is molten mass (temperature is 130-140 Celsius degree)dropping in the large calibre single screw extruder directly.    3)Single screw extruder finish extrusion granulation of melt (120 Celsius degree) under the condition of low  speed, high pressure and cooling state. Temperature has fallen to 120-140 Celsius degree when extrusion,  at this time air cooling die surface heat incision have been finished and ensure not sticky grain when pelletizing.   4)Granules produced with air cooling die face heat incision, it's temperature will fall on 35-40 Celsius degree after passing the cooling of secondary air cooling cyclone separator, then cooling by air cooling extended vibrating sieve and put the finished products into bunker upon the temperature fall on room temperature.
