extrusion Polyvinyl chloride cable Two step pelletizer     Product Description   > PVC Processing:   1.After mixing PVC material in the high speed mixer, Using the spiral feeder to feed into the SHJ twin screw extruder.  2.After good compounding in the twin screw extruder, now the PVC material is completely plasticizing and decentralization,     the temperature is about 140-160°C. The   final extruding material is molten mass (the temperature is 130-140°   C), which fall into the large diameter single screw extruder directly. 3.Within the  lower rotary speed, high pressure and cooling state,  The secondary stage Single screw extruder will finish     the extruding and pelletizing. Then the temperature has fallen to 120-140°C.  This Air-cooling die face pelletizer     process can avoiding cosmid phenomenon . 4. Cooled by the two cyclone separator system, the granule's temp. is about 35-40°C.  Then after  Air-cooling    extended vibrating sieve, now the granule has fallen to the room temp., which can packing in the silo.      > SHJS Two-Stage Compounding Extrusion:  1.SHJ series two-stage compounding extruder consists of two processing stages. the first stage is SHJS twinscrew  extruder without die head. through the combination of barrel and screw, the extruder can exert its strong ability to  make the thermo sensibility material like PVC melting, compounding, disturbing and decentralizing under the condition  of non pressure. 2. The second stage is SJ single screw extruder, because of the lower rotate speed, it can complete melting,  compounding lengthways and forming strands steadily, avoiding over heating SHJS series two-stage compounding extrusion line
